Rosanne ArrabitoCatering Manager
Rosanne always enjoyed being in the kitchen alongside her Mother cooking for family gatherings. Holidays and family events became an adventure in the kitchen learning the traditional recipes of her lineage.
After graduating North Bergen High School it seemed the most natural transition was to come to Jersey City and enroll at HCCC as part of the Culinary Arts Program. She fine-tuned her talents and after graduating she immersed herself into the world of hospitality.
Starting with restaurants she then found herself in the business and industry part of the trade. Working in many aspects and corporations such as, BMW, Toys R Us, KPMG and BD she realized that she enjoyed the people aspect of her job. Combining the two has proven to be very successful in the catering venues that she has supported.
Being back at HCCC is a sort of homecoming, the comfort of being back in the neighborhood and serving the school that served her so well.
