At the Culinary Conference Center our rooms can be configured in any number of ways to comfortably accommodate your guests or business associates.

Rooms Designed to Go with the Flow

First floor

The first floor contains a pre-function space that can be used as a bar or lounge, and a large banquet hall.

  • Banquet Room – Seating up to 200 guests

Second floor rooms

One of our largest spaces, the Scott Ring Room, is on the second floor. Across the hall from the Scott Ring Room is the Johnston Room, which is capable of being divided into three separate breakout spaces.

  • Scott Ring – Seating up to 190 guests
  • Johnston – Seating up to 100 guests

Fifth floor rooms

Six classrooms perfectly sized for small meetings or breakout sessions

  • Seating up to 30 guests

The Culinary Conference Center houses nine professional kitchens on the 3rd and 4th floors.
